Welcome to the Spacious Full Floor at Golden Orchard Farmstay, with exclusive access to the first floor of our peaceful farmhouse, just 15 minutes from the city center. This private retreat has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, orchard-facing sit-outs, and a hot tub for relaxed evenings. Overlooking a charming orchard within our working farm, it blends countryside calm with comfort and privacy. Perfect for families, friends, couples, or guests visiting the nearby MP Shooting and Equestrian Academies.

This floor was designed for shared mornings, long conversations, and evenings that don’t feel rushed. With space to gather and space to retreat, it offers the comfort of being together without ever feeling crowded.

Each bedroom is generously sized and filled with natural light, with its own attached bathroom and orchard-facing sit-out. Step outside with your morning tea and watch the light move gently across the fields. By evening, the sky turns soft and golden, and cool breezes drift through open doors.

The hot tub invites a deeper kind of unwinding - a warm soak after a day outdoors, quiet laughter with close friends, or a slow pause beneath open skies.

The airy living room becomes your common ground - for board games, storytelling, or simply stretching out with a book. The dining area encourages lingering meals, and the fully equipped kitchen makes cooking together part of the experience. A small library nook offers a peaceful corner when someone wants a quiet moment.

Step out onto the expansive terrace and the countryside opens around you - wide skies, open fields, and a sense of stillness that’s hard to find in the city. Below, the garden and gazebo create inviting nooks for relaxed afternoons, while the badminton court and open grounds offer space to move before returning to rest.

Just across the road lies a serene lake forming part of the Bhoj Wetland - calm waters and seasonal migratory birds adding quiet beauty to morning and evening walks.

Whether you’re traveling as family, reconnecting with friends, sharing a romantic escape, or celebrating something meaningful, this space allows you to slow down together - privately, comfortably, and surrounded by open skies.

Guest Access

Guests booking the Full Floor have exclusive access to the entire first floor of the farmhouse.

This includes both bedrooms, both attached bathrooms, orchard-facing sit-outs, the living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, terrace, and the hot tub - all reserved solely for your group.

You’re also welcome to enjoy the farmhouse garden, gazebo and badminton court within the property.

 Verified We had such a beautiful stay at Sonia Aunty’s place. The greenery, peace, and overall energy of the place felt so calming. Since I’m spiritual, I especially loved how perfect it was for meditation, slowing down, and resetting myself from within.Staying in the tree house made it even more special and completely worth the price. What touched us the most was Sonia Aunty herself. She was so warm, caring, and helpful, and the way she spoke to us and looked after us made us feel genuinely at home.I came back feeling lighter, calmer, and really grateful for the experience.  Verified Sonia's tree 🌴 house was a beautiful experience for my kids. After a tiring day's drive, we had a sumptuous dinner( which I cooked ) and had a peaceful sleep. We were woken up by the chirping of birds. It's an absolutely private place and you can have your ME time with family. My boys had a good time with Don and Cherry - adorable pets.
