About the Space

The space
Orchard View is a first-floor retreat designed for unhurried days and open-sky evenings.

The generously sized bedroom comfortably accommodates up to three guests and includes a private attached bathroom. Sunlight filters in through large windows, shifting gently across the room as the day unfolds. The room opens onto your own private sit-out overlooking the orchard - a quiet perch where mornings begin with fresh air and birdsong, and evenings settle into soft breezes and golden light.

Your bedroom, attached bathroom, and sit-out are exclusively yours. Beyond that, the first floor opens into thoughtfully designed shared spaces that feel expansive rather than enclosed. The airy living room invites long conversations and slow unwinding after a day outdoors. A quiet library nook offers a cozy corner to read, reflect, or work in stillness. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area make it easy to prepare meals and settle comfortably into both short and extended stays.

Step outside and the experience widens. The expansive terrace offers panoramic countryside views — ideal for sunrise stretches, meditation, or stargazing beneath clear night skies. Below, the garden and gazebo create peaceful nooks for afternoon reading or unhurried conversations. For those who enjoy staying active, the badminton court and open grounds offer space to move and reconnect with the outdoors.

Just across the road lies a serene lake forming part of the Bhoj Wetland - calm waters, changing skies, and seasonal migratory birds adding quiet beauty to morning and evening walks.

Guest Access

Guests booking Orchard View have private access to their bedroom, balcony and attached bathroom on the first floor.

You will share the first-floor living room, dining area, kitchen, library nook, and terrace with guests staying in the other first-floor room (if occupied).

You’re also welcome to enjoy the farmhouse garden, gazebo and badminton court within the property.

• The first-floor living room, dining area, kitchen, and terrace are shared with guests staying in the other first-floor room. We kindly request that shared utensils and cutlery are washed after use and common areas are kept tidy.

Since I’m spiritual, I especially loved how perfect it was for meditation, slowing down, and resetting myself from within.Staying in the tree house made it even more special and completely worth the price. What touched us the most was Sonia Aunty herself. She was so warm, caring, and helpful, and the way she spoke to us and looked after us made us feel genuinely at home.I came back feeling lighter, calmer, and really grateful for the experience.  Verified Sonia's tree 🌴 house was a beautiful experience for my kids. After a tiring day's drive, we had a sumptuous dinner( which I cooked ) and had a peaceful sleep. We were woken up by the chirping of birds. It's an absolutely private place and you can have your ME time with family. My boys had a good time with Don and Cherry - adorable pets.
