About the Space

The Hot Tub Room is designed for deeper unwinding — where the day slows down and evenings linger a little longer.

Located on the first floor, the generously sized bedroom comfortably accommodates up to three guests and includes a private attached bathroom featuring a luxurious hot tub. After a day outdoors or in the city, return to a warm soak - an unhurried pause where conversation softens, muscles relax, and time feels less urgent.

Large windows fill the room with natural light, and it opens onto your own private sit-out overlooking the orchard. Mornings arrive gently here - birdsong, fresh air, and open skies. Evenings settle into golden light and cool breezes drifting across the fields.

Your bedroom, attached bathroom with hot tub, and sit-out are entirely private. Beyond that, the first floor unfolds into spacious shared areas. The airy living room invites relaxed evenings and meaningful conversations. A quiet library nook offers space to read or reflect, while the fully equipped kitchen and dining area make it easy to settle in for both short escapes and extended stays.

Step out onto the expansive terrace for panoramic countryside views - ideal for sunrise stretches or stargazing beneath clear night skies. Below, the garden and gazebo create peaceful nooks to unwind. For guests who enjoy staying active, the badminton court and open grounds offer room to move before returning to stillness.

Just across the road lies a serene lake forming part of the Bhoj Wetland - calm waters and seasonal migratory birds adding quiet life to morning and evening walks.

Guest Access

Guests booking the Hot Tub Room have exclusive access to their private bedroom, attached bathroom with hot tub, and orchard-facing sit-out on the first floor.

The living room, dining area, kitchen, library nook, and terrace on the first floor are shared with guests staying in the other first-floor room (if occupied).

You’re also welcome to enjoy the farmhouse garden, gazebo and badminton court within the property.

• The first-floor living room, dining area, kitchen, and terrace are shared with guests staying in the other first-floor room. We kindly request that shared utensils and cutlery are washed after use and common areas are kept tidy.

Since I’m spiritual, I especially loved how perfect it was for meditation, slowing down, and resetting myself from within.Staying in the tree house made it even more special and completely worth the price. What touched us the most was Sonia Aunty herself. She was so warm, caring, and helpful, and the way she spoke to us and looked after us made us feel genuinely at home.I came back feeling lighter, calmer, and really grateful for the experience.  Verified Sonia's tree 🌴 house was a beautiful experience for my kids. After a tiring day's drive, we had a sumptuous dinner( which I cooked ) and had a peaceful sleep.
